Planning Package
A partial wedding planning package for those who still want to be hands on within the planning process but need professional support and advising along the way. Think of us as your professional support team!
Our partial planning package ensures that the planning process for your event is seamless; assisting with every logistical step along the way, providing feedback & tools and expertise to make the planning process feel a lot lighter.​
We want to make sure you receive the best support for your wedding needs, and are always open to chatting about what this may look like as each couple and each wedding has its own special process.

Some of the elements we like to offer with this package are shown below Design & Styling Support: Guidance in developing a cohesive wedding aesthetic, including theme, color palette, and decor elements and rentals. We will be happy to share any feedback on your vision for the big day. Assisted Venue Tour: Let's Plan It Out We’ll join you for a venue walkthrough to discuss the space in detail and brainstorm how best to personalize your dream set-up and intentionally plan out each element of the big day in person. ​ Ongoing Planning Meetings and Communication With Your Planner: Not only will you have access to an online communication platform, but we will also be available for additional communication on email, phone, and text for whatever comes up on your side. Regular scheduled check-ins will also be scheduled to keep you on track and ensure every detail is thoughtfully considered. Questions, comments, and feedback is always welcome. Access to Collaborative Planning Tools: Timelines, seating chart assistance, guest list + RSVP assistance, budget planning, and more resources to keep everything organized and in ONE spot (no searching through emails needed). You will have full access to Sydney Elliott's online planning tools and additional notes where all information can be organized and stored and collaboration can flow easily between the couple and their planner. Vendor Recommendations & Selection Support: We love our friends in the industry and cannot wait to introduce you! We will provide assistance in sourcing and selecting vendors, along with access to our curated list of trusted professionals. Although we will not book these for you we are happy to work through the options and provide insights in which match your wedding needs. Vendor Communication & Coordination: We'll manage outreach and coordination with vendors leading up to and on the wedding day, so you can focus on what matters. Communication takeover will start a month before your wedding date so you can focus on what you need to do before the big day! ​ Day-of Oversight: On-site coordination will be provided by Sydney Elliott & Team to ensure your plans are flawlessly executed from start to finish. Our team will be on site during wedding day/weekend- first thing to greet vendors and start setting up and stay all the way through till tear down. We won't leave until everything is wrapped up perfectly with a bow. ​ Flexible Support Tailored to You: Every couple is unique—so we’re happy to tailor our services to meet your specific needs. Month Of Coordination
Package
Designed for those who need a bit more help with tying up the loose ends of their wedding day details. This includes assistance on elements like a day of timeline, vendor communication & pick up, and final decisions during the month before the wedding date.
